Please note the delivery conditions are shown against each product available for purchase online through our website. These conditions will give you confirmation of any restrictions that apply to delivery of that item.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses. Additional delivery charges are payable for some items requiring shipment to addresses in the Highlands and Islands of the United Kingdom.
Items are despatched by either Royal Mail, parcel carrier or specialised pallet contractor. Deliveries made by carriers will need to be signed for. Most carriers will leave a card where it has not been possible to complete a signed for delivery with instructions of how you can arrange an alternative delivery day.
Most orders we receive are despatched on the same day or the next available working day. Larger items (such as used ride on mowers) requiring a specialised contractor may not be able to be sent to this schedule.
If there is a delay in despatch of any item, we will notify you of this delay as soon as possible. Randells Agriculture Ltd will not be liable for any delay in delivering goods, nor will we be liable for any charges for hire of alternative equipment, labour or contractors charges or pay any compensation due to late delivery or failure of machinery.
Goods delivered must be inspected before they are signed for. Goods that arrive obviously damaged in transit must be refused. We should be notified in writing with 24 hours of receipt if goods are subsequently found to be damaged.
